Cosy holiday apartment with large terrace and great view over the strait Bekkjarviksundet and the Selbjørnsfjord. Several activities for children in the area, and you may use a billiard room in a house nearby. If you fancy a boat trip or fishing, the home owner rents out good boats, only a short drive from the apartment. The area is known for its good fishing conditions; you may ask the owner for some insider tips about good fishing spots. In Bekkjarvik (approx. 3 km) there are shops and restaurants by the sea shore. This is a busy place in the summer. In the surroundings there are also several good beaches, one of which is easily reachable on foot from the apartment. By following the hiking paths in the area, you get a spectacular view over islands, fjords and mountains. We recommend the peaks Veten, Skatefjellet and Loddo. If you prefer easier hiking trips, try the North Sea Trail leading you along the open sea. Take a day trip to Bergen with the aquarium, Bryggen (UNESCO) and Fløibanen.
