Welcome to a simpe and cosy fisherman`s cabin in natural surroundings! If you like to enjoy the simple life and feel that the body is relaxed, this cabin is perfekt for you. The cabin is placed on a sunny plot with a lake close by. In the lake you can go fishing by the waterfront or from boat. In this lake you do not need a fishing licence, and the houseowner offers you a freezer for the fish. If you like to go fishing for salmon, it is possible to do this in Storelva by Tvedestrand (remember fishing licence). The forrest surrounding the cabin has nice hiking trails and a lot of berries and mushrooms. This can together with fresh fish make a lot of good meals for the vacation. If you like to take a excursion from the cabin, it is only 15 minutes by car to the "bookcity" Tvedestrand. Also Arendal with shopping malls, festivals, ferries to a lot of islands and sightseeing at Nidelv is not far from the cabin. If the sun is shining, it is great to take a trip to Tromøy and spend the day at the beach. Recommended is also a visit to Næs Jernverksmuseum with guided tours in Solberggruva. If you bring children on holiday, the cabin is not far from Dyreparken i Kristiansand and the great waterpark at the same place. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 150.00 per person or bring their own.
