Due to the unique archipelago this area is an eldorado for people loving kayaking. Tysnes is a municipality located on an island which is connected to the mailand by bridges. There are several hiking paths offering spectacular views; we recommend Tysnessåta with its 360º panoramic view over fjords & mighty mountains. The holiday home is without modern facilities like TV & Internet and thus perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday in peace & quiet. Not far away you find Uggdal with Haaheim gaard restaurant and golf course situated in nice natural surroundings. In Våge, a short drive from the cabin, there are shops, Internet café, restaurant at the sea shore and cultural arrangements in the summer. Take a day trip to Bergen, the capital of Western Norway, and to the small cosy town Stord. 2 minutes on gravel walk from the parking. NB! The water from the tap is no drinking water!
