The cabin has an unsecluded location 780 meters above sea level in an nice cabin area with access to hiking- and biking paths. The nearby area has a lot of trails and roads for walks. On the way you can enjoy the mountain nature with picking of berries and mushrooms or exiting fishing. Here is also biking roads and paths for both easy and longer trips. Alternatives for mountain- and top trips is close to the cabin and Høgevard is, with its 1460 meters above sea level, a great hiking goal for viewpoint. During late summer and autumn the mountains explode in colours, beautiful to enjoy from one of the summits in the area.
